Description:
A weekly group discussion, prompting the class members to study and discuss the various theological implications of these two letters of the Apostle Paul. We will cover issues in hermeneutics (interpretation) and historical and theological context so that we can better understand the topics that Paul addresses in these two letters.
Course Materials:
Students only need to bring their Bibles. The professor will give out various handouts as necessary.
Course Objectives:
To help the students have a solid understanding of these two letters of Paul, and to help them understand of some of the theological topics that Paul addresses.
Learning Activities:
While no one will be required to talk in class, the three main learning activities will be (1) lectures, (2) times for questions and an- swers, and (3) open class discussions.
